Our story
A courtyard, a pool, and nothing to do
WAVE ROOM opened in 2014 in a former tile workshop on Tidewater Lane. We kept the arches, filled the courtyard with a warm mineral pool and built nine treatment rooms around it.
Phones stay in lockers, lights stay low, and every appointment starts at the water. Our therapists are licensed, salaried and never booked back to back, so nobody rushes your hour.

What should I bring?
Just a swimsuit for the pool. We provide robes, towels, slippers, lockers, shampoo and a hair dryer. Swimsuits are also for sale at reception for $30.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your treatment. That time is yours in the pool and steam room, and it is already included in the price.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free changes and cancellations up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the treatment price.
Can I book if I am pregnant or under 16?
Yes to pregnancy from the second trimester: book the Prenatal Float, and we keep the pool at a safe 34°C. Guests aged 12 to 15 are welcome with an adult for massage only; the pool is 16+.
