We hold three slots a day for pets that got worse overnight. If you mark the visit urgent, reception calls you back within the hour.

During opening hours, yes — we keep three slots a day free for pets that got worse overnight. After closing the clinic number rings the vet on duty until midnight; from midnight to 08:00 we hand you over to the 24-hour hospital on Bell Street.
Separate entrance and waiting area, pheromone diffusers in both cat rooms, and an exam table that stays warm. We let the cat come out of the carrier on her own and do the quiet parts of the exam first.
The consultation is $55 and covers the exam and the written plan. Anything beyond that — imaging, bloods, medication — is quoted before we do it. If the estimate changes during the visit, we stop and call you.
For consults, always — most animals are calmer with their owner holding them. For surgery you say goodbye at the ward door and Tomas calls you as soon as your pet is awake.
